The final round of voting in the 33rd Annual Review Music Awards is now completed and the winners will be announced on Sunday, April 14th at a very special celebration that will be held at Lumber Barons Brewery in the Genevieve Ballroom from 5:00 PM - midnight, which is located at 804 E. Midland in Bay City. For the final round of voting we had a total of 9,355 votes cast for the top five nominees in each division. Invitations to nominees will be sent out by mid-March and the public is encouraged and invited to attend!
This special annual celebration honoring the public's choice of top musicians performing and creating in the Grat Lakes Bay Region will include special musical performances representative of all genres of music - Rock, Alternative, Jazz, Blues, Country and Hip-Hop - that are honored at the celebration.
Featured guest performers and artists include:
• The Friends of Rosco Collective Showcase featuring vocalists Honesty Elliott, Jen Cass, JD Dominowski, Mike Robertson, Michelle O'Neil and Rosco Selley.
• The Saginaw Elite Big Band for all you jazz enthusiasts!
• Audrey Burne and Adaboy! - original alternative rock music from two of the region's strong up-and-coming groups making their mark on the statewide circuit.
• Soul X-Press - one of the region's finest R&B ensembles, featuring the powerful and emotive vocal stylings of Lavel Jackson.
• Spitzer. One of the top performers on our regional Hip-Hop circuit.
• Billy Gunther. Former Tweed & Dixie singer/songwriter/guitarist who will perform newly penned material with his new band consisting of Dalton Thomas, Ricky Ford and Kevin Rousse.
Tickets are $15.00 in advance and $20.00 day of show; or you can get a table for $65.00.
