Legendary arena rockers, Kansas, will touch down at the historic Temple Theatre on Thursday, February 16th at 8:00 PM. During the 1970s & 80s, Kansas thread a string of gold and platinum-certified hit albums, sold out tours, and penned two of classic rock’s most instantly recognizable and enduring tunes – Carry on Wayward Son and the gorgeous ballad Dust in the Wind.

Nearly 40 years have passed since the release of the group’s self-titled debut in 1974 and the band – which includes singer/songwriter/keyboardist Steve Walsh, guitarist Rich Williams, violinist David Ragsdale, bassist Billy Greer and drummer Phil Ehart – is as solid as ever.

“We have the best fans in the world,” states Ehart about the group’s longevity. “Their responses are always solid, insightful, and they will tell you what they think. New fans are discovering us everyday.”

“We are more relaxed and comfortable with who we are now than we’ve ever been,” adds Williams. “We’re playing with the confidence that comes with experience.”

Tickets for Kansas go on sale to the general public January 13th at $79.00 for premier and $3.oo9 and $29.00 for reserved seating.

Tickets can be purchased by calling 877-754-SHOW or online at the templetheatre.com
