40th Annual Review Music Awards - FINAL VOTING Round

INTRODUCTION & VOTING RULES

Since its inception in 1987 the annual Review Music Awards has evolved into a time-honored  tradition of bringing musicians together to  celebrate and honor the impact they make upon the expression and creation of music within our Great Lakes Bay region.

The 2026 Review Music Awards Ceremony represents your voice in helping us honor the many talented musicians & artists that enrich our cultural climate and represent some of the very best performers we have throughout the state of Michigan.

PLEASE NOTE: If you see your name or band nominated in any category, please send your email address along with the names of the members in your group to: robert.review@gmail.com.  This year we will email your invitations out in a pdf format instead of using the postal service.  Once we email your invitations you can either print them up or show them to the door crew on your smartphone for admission.   Inviations will be sent after the final round closes between March 20 and April 1st.

1.During this FINAL VOTING ROUND please go to our website at www.review-mag.com and log in or register with our site to be able to submit nominations and vote for the listed nominees. One click log-in from Twitter and Gadget is also available.   Please Note: If you are already a registered user, you don’t need to re-register to vote. However, if you forgot your password, simply reset your password with the “forgot password” link.

2. After you are logged in, click the ‘Awards’ Option at the top of the page in the site navigation bar. Once in this section, you will see a list of the various categories of Rock, Country, Blues, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Miscellaneous. Clicking on each option will list the specific awards to be honored in each division.

4.  THE FINAL ROUND will begin on Friday, March 6.  The top five nominees for each award category will be presented in the final voting round that will run until midnight on Friday, March 20  and determine the winner in each category.  Nominees are listed in random order and if you see more than 5 nominees in a particular division, that means thre was. tie for the fifth position.)

GROUND RULES:.

1. NO BALLOT STUFFING! Because each computer, account, and IP address are recorded and automatically cross referenced, only one vote per award per person. Anybody attempting to cheat the voting process will cause all votes from that computer and/or account(s) to be discarded! However, if you only have one computer at home and several family members wishing to vote, this will be allowed within reason – If this is the case, you must indicate your name in a separate email to us.

2) You should not vote for any awards or categories you aren’t familiar with.

Winners will be honored at our special 40^th Annual Review Music Awards Ceremony, which will happen on Sunday, May 3rd  at the spacious Westown Theatre in Bay City. A complete line-up of guest performers, ticket infomation, and an itinerary of the evening's schedule will be publishined in our APRIL 2nd edition of The REVIEW!
