Ebullience is the quality of being full of energy and happiness and Reiter presents that with 2-D art and handmade books. EBULLIENT; Continued focuses on moving forward enthusiastically, fostering energetic creative growth through optimism and perseverance. Mixed media collages are created from a variety of materials; repurposed papers and fabrics, ephemera, hand and machine stitching, in addition to newly manufactured fabric. The heart of EBULLIENT; Continued offers potent encouragement and confidence that there exist selective joys in humanity and our lives. Reiter teaches part time at the Flint Institute of Art, has received several Council for the Arts grants, and was active with the Lansing Art Gallery and Education Center. Free admission.
