The Director of The National Institute for Trauma and Loss in children has pioneered a therapeutic style for the treatment of children dealing with grief and trauma. Weaving play, expressive arts, journaling and mindfulness into her sessions, Dr. Soma has been involved in the aftermath of disasters such as Sandy Hook, Hurricane Katrina, and 9/11. MCFTA, 1801 W.
